DescriptionNo laws currently censor LGBTQ issues. However, as of late 2021, two bills had been introduced in the House that would limit discussions in school around race and gender. Additionally, in early 2022, GOP House candidate Jon Rocha and GOP gubernatorial candidate James Craig both announced intent to introduce “Don’t Say Gay” legislation if elected.
