Reports (3)
  • Status is not correct "Queer organisations have been campaigning for years for a change of the constitution. Currently, discrimination based on biological sex is illegal. "Geschlecht". But there is no law protecting sexual orientation, or gender expression. Discriminating against a man for being male is illegal. Not hiring him because he is gay is allowed."
  • Status is not correct "Full adoption rights since 2017"
  • Other "While Discrimination is legally forbidden, reality, espechally for trans* people is often otherwise. Several cases of open discrimination, even in public spaces and public-owned instiutions (such as public swimming baths) have been reported widely in media."
